The Account and Claim Tracker is a new way
for you to view information about your:
- Council Tax accounts
- Business Rates accounts
- Housing and Council Tax Benefit claims
- tenant's Housing Benefit claims

Please follow the five easy steps below to start using
the Account and Claim Tracker.
- You must register online before you can use the Account and Claim Tracker.
Click on the "Register" link at the top of the main page and fill in the requested details to register.
- Once you have registered, click on "Access Interactive
Services" and then on "Request a PIN" for the
service you want. This will email your request to us.
- We will process your request and send you a letter telling
you your new PIN.
- Activating your PIN –You will need your account or
claim reference number, which you can find on your Council Tax or Business
Rates bill, benefit award letter or any letter we have sent you regarding your
account or claim. If you are a landlord who requested access to information
about your tenants claims you will need your creditor reference, which you can
find on any letter we have sent you regarding your Housing Benefit payments.
To activate your PIN, go to the main page and click on the "log in" link (towards the top left of the page)to log in using the user name and password you chose
when you first registered. Once you have logged in, your name will appear towards the top right of the page - click on "My Profile" followed by "Interactive Services" then click on the
enter PIN link for the service you require. Enter the PIN from your letter and your claim / account reference when requested. You should now be able to use our site to view your details.
You will not need to use the PIN again once you have activated it.
- Start using the Account and Claim Tracker, by clicking the relevant links
on the Account and Claim Tracker main page.
You will need to enter the username and password that you chose when you first registered.
If you have more than one Council Tax or Business Rates account, you will be able to see all the accounts you have activated.
If you are a landlord and receive Housing Benefits on behalf of your tenants, you will see a list of their claims.
